LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products carry a 1 year replacement warranty if the product is proved to be defective. If you believe that a product is defective, please contact us at info@powercases.com with details of the product and the defect.
Defective products will be replaced free of charge or, if the product is no longer available, a refund equal to the original purchase price of the product will be issued.
USA Powercases liability for product warranty claims is limited to the original purchase price of the product. No claims for losses incidental to the use of the product will be entertained. We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising about the use of a product acquired on the site.
RISK OF LOSS
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the site pass to you upon delivery of products to the common carrier.

We make every effort to clearly describe the characteristics of each of the products on our site including features, benefits, performance and technical specifications as may be applicable in each circumstance. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you believe a product you have purchased is not as described, you may return it in unused condition as described under REFUND POLICY.

The price displayed for products on our site represents the full retail price we ask for the product. We reserve the right to change this price from time to time in accordance with supply/demand and competitive conditions in the market. FRAUD

DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating to the purchase of a product on the site shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than by the court except qualifying claims may be pursued through small claims court.
The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to all claims made pursuant to business transacted on the site except for qualify small claims.
